Yoga is a means which can increase the height of children as well as improve their stamina and overall health. Today  We will tell you about four such yogasanas which can help in the physical development of children. This will increase both height and stamina. 

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Tadasana is a very easy yoga asana which helps children to grow tall. By doing this their back bone becomes strong and long. Just stand up and stretch your arms upward and stretch your entire body. Due to this their health also improves and height also increases. It is very simple and children benefit by doing it for a few minutes daily.  

Vrikshasana

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

When you do this asana, your body stretches in a special way, due to which there is a stretch in that part of the body which contributes to increasing the height.
